I know, it is almost winter and we are exiting Winter Quarters…
Things are just about back to normal here. Alison’s wrists are as healed as they are going to be (left almost normal, right will never be back to where it was, but not as bad as it could have been). The shop is still in disarray, but it is getting into better shape every week.
Almost three weeks now, and it looks like I’ve solved our email issues (we had numerous email outages between July and mid October). That said I still have a few messages in the queue in need of reply. If you have sent email and have not heard back by the 10th (October 2017) please resend, as we won’t have any unanswered email by then.
Still lots of website updates to come. Along with the website updates look for a printed catalog covering the Classic line of figures. Printed copies will be available to purchase (cost TBD, but will be just enough to cover production/printing and postage). If you don’t need or want a printed catalog, we will have a downloadable PDF version available at no cost.
Shipping rates will be increasing later this month and we will be reviewing figure pricing in December. In both cases any increases will simply reflect increasing casts for shipping (postage rates) and production (raw materials and utilities). We always strive to keep prices as low as possible.
Another change is credit cards. With the ever rising costs associated with credit card processing we have moved to use of PayPal for all credit card sales. If you would like use a credit card to pay for your purchases, we will send an invoice which you can pay via PayPal (using your PayPal account of your preferred credit card. This change over, along with elimination of our landline will help us reduce overhead keep figure costs down.
That about does it for this Saturday morning update. Time to get back to the shop. Today is a Colonial day; casting figures in 40, 25 and 15mm…
