2021 turned out to be much more disorganized than 2020…
We had hoped/thought to have production back into the groove by November, but things just haven’t come together to make regular production a reality. We are getting close, but not there yet.
Given an upcoming trip west to visit my oldest and her new son (grandchild number 1) we will be pushing resumption of regular production to February 2022.
Of course, we do have some figures already cast and in stock, and some figures are quick and easy to cast, so if you need something sooner, let us know and we will see if we have stock or can fit in a casting session to cast needed pieces.
Lastly, we will be revisiting all the Scruby molds in 2022. This may lead to some changes in figure status. In conjunction with this review we expect to launch a “Sponsor a Mold” program. This should help speed up the re-molding process. In short rather than remaking the existing molds we would shift things around to be more of a mix-and-match affair. Layouts might not be logical (many of the existing mold layouts are not really logical either), but if we need to make a mold containing 25mm Confederate cavalry and 30mm French Napoleonic riders so that we can speed up new molds, we will do it.
